Frequently asked questions
What data is needed for the calculation?
Your date, time and place of birth. No email is needed at this step, and your name or gender is not used in the calculation.
Why does accurate data matter?
The chart is calculated from your date, time and place of birth. The parts of the chart that change quickly over the course of a day depend on the time, so an inaccurate time can change certain conclusions. We mark which parts of the reading depend on accuracy.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
Choose “Don’t know”. Without the time the Ascendant and the houses are unknown: the reading is prepared from the known data, and the chapters that need the time say so plainly. If you learn the time later, correct the data — one correction is free.
How do I choose my place of birth?
Start typing the name of the town or city and pick it from the list. If several places share the name, check the region and country. Coordinates and time zone are determined automatically.
Do I need to sign up?
There is no separate sign-up: your account is created for your email when you buy. To get back to your report from another device, sign in with a code from your email.
What does the full reading include?
11 chapters with explanations, possible manifestations, practical questions and the basis of each conclusion, plus a chart overview, the chart, the calculation data and a glossary of terms. One payment of €4.99, no subscription.
Do I have to pay for each chapter?
No. One payment unlocks the entire full reading with all 11 chapters. There are no subscriptions or extra charges. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Why might the full reading be unavailable for my data?
Sometimes the birth data isn’t enough for reliable conclusions in every chapter — for example, when the time is unknown. In that case we explain why and suggest clarifying the data. We don’t sell a shortened reading under the name “full”.
How do I get back to my report from another device?
Open “My reports” and sign in with the same email. For the full reading, the last chapter you opened is remembered.
What if I made a mistake in my data?
Open “Correct data”. One free correction per person is available under the service rules. Errors on our side don’t use up this option.
What happens if the report couldn’t be prepared?
Your payment stays linked to your order. “My reports” shows the preparation status and the details. You don’t need to pay again.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes. Open the order details or ask for help. Requests are handled under the refund rules.
