Payment, receipt and returns

What is included in the price

4 USD - the cost of one complete personal report based on one set of source data. It includes a natal chart, destiny matrix, topical explanations, personal advice, year review and PDF. Subscriptions and periodic debits are not provided.

How will payment be processed?

Planned payment service - WayForPay. Before payment, the name of the service, amount and currency of payment are displayed. If the price is converted from USD, the final equivalent is shown before confirmation; Card currency conversion may vary depending on the bank.

Payment is not yet enabled in this version. Now the form opens an introductory report without debiting funds. The working method of contacting the seller and the information required for a paid purchase will be published before payments are enabled.

How to get results

The result is digital: it opens in a browser, and the PDF is downloaded using a button on the report page. For the paid version, the calculation will start after server confirmation of successful payment.

Preparation time depends on the response of external services. Readiness is shown on the page. The year overview may be partially displayed until the individual slices are completed. Download the document after completing the calculation.

If the paid report is not received

In the paid version, if payment is confirmed and there is no access to the result, the request is checked by order number. After verification, access to the paid report must be restored or a refund issued for the unprovided result.

No need to send full card number, CVV or bank password. To check, all you need is the order number, payment date and description of the problem. The channel for submitting such requests will be indicated before the payment starts.

Repeated write-offs and errors

Confirmed repeated charges for the same order are subject to verification and a refund of the excess payment. If the error is related to the entered date or time, the original data and the available correction method are first checked.

The discrepancy between the symbolic interpretation and expectations is considered separately from the technical non-receipt of the service. This page does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Return procedure

After confirmation of the reason, the return is carried out through the payment service with which the purchase was paid. The delivery time depends on the processing by the payment service and the bank; information about a specific return must be provided in the response to the request.

There are no payments in the current trial mode, so there are no debits or refunds through the site.
